This policy applies to all shoes purchased from Oscar William.
As our footwear is handmade, natural variations in leather grain, colour, and finish are part of the character of each pair.
United Kingdom (UK)
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your shoes to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Shoes must:

Show no signs of wear, including creasing, scuffing, or marks

Have clean, unmarked soles

Include original tags

Be returned in the original shoe box and packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shoes may be returned in person with a valid receipt.
European Union (EU) – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your shoes are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

US customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their shoes.

Fit & Sizing Disclaimer
Please try your shoes indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.
Due to the handmade nature of our footwear:

Slight differences in fit, leather texture, or finish may occur

Natural creasing is normal once worn and is not considered a defect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shoes
Please inspect your shoes upon delivery.
If your shoes are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@oscarwilliam.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or style:

Return the original shoes (subject to approval)

Place a new order once the return is accepted
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time is up to 10 business days
Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
