How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on whether the shoes are ready-to-wear or made to order.

Ready-to-wear shoes:
If the shoes are in stock, we usually prepare and dispatch your order within 3–4 working days.

Made-to-order shoes:
Handmade and made-to-order shoes typically require approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. This may vary slightly depending on the style, leather, colour, patina finish and material availability.

UK delivery:
Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

International delivery:
International delivery usually takes around 4–7 working days, depending on the destination and customs process.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, customs checks, courier delays or material availability.
