Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may return your shoes
14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unworn, unused, in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return:

Shoes must be returned in good condition

They must not be damaged beyond normal trying/walking use

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

Store credit
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or made-to-measure shoes

Shoes altered or modified at the customer’s request

Repair services once completed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if needed. Once your request is approved, we will advise you how to send the shoes back.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
